In the seafood department
Wild Alaskan halibut

Moist, delicate and flaky, fresh, wild Alaskan halibut is a delicious way to enjoy the flavors of springtime. This meaty but tender fish is naturally lean and offers all kinds of important nutrients, including omega-3 fats and B vitamins.

Our wild halibut arrives to us fresh from the chilly waters off the coast of Alaska. The fish are caught with bottom longlines, a fishing method that minimizes habitat damage and accidental catch. Also check out our Natural Express line, which offers halibut in Parmesan, Kalbi, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Herb flavors. Already seasoned, they’re ready for you to take home and cook. Drink your greens

Columbia Gorge Organic, based in Hood River, Ore., offers Just Greens — a sweet combination of 12 celery stalks; one cucumber; one bunch of spinach; one mixed bunch of kale, mustard and collards; and a bit of parsley. The flavor of the vegetables is captured at the peak of freshness, which leads to superior taste.

Low calorie and low in sugar, Evolution Essential Greens contains a similar blend of vegetable greatness, along with sprouts and wheatgrass, that equals nearly two pounds of vegetables before they’re juiced.

If you like the strong, effervescent taste of kombucha, try GT’s Multi-Green flavor for a dose of green goodness. In addition to the benefits already provided by organic kombucha — probiotics, live active enzymes and antioxidants — Multi-Green features a blend of superfoods, including wild blue-green algae, spirulina and chlorella, which provide a nice nutritional punch.
