Dinners almost ready

Our pre-seasoned or marinated entrees make it easy to pull together a half-homemade dinner from quality ingredients.

Prepared daily by our meat department team in every location, these original recipes are as fresh as it gets. All you need to do is the actual cooking — frequently the dishes need just a few minutes on the stove, but there are also recipe options for the oven or the grill.

The ingredients that we use to prepare these are the same foods you cook with yourself: free-range chicken, wild salmon, fresh spices and healthy olive oil (some of our skewers even get marinated in locally made Ellenos yogurt). We develop new recipes throughout the year, so you can find seasonal dishes to try along with everyday favorites.

 

Chicken Parmesan

Pop this rich dish into the oven, or pan-fry it for a quicker meal. Marinara and pasta or crusty bread are the classic accompaniments, or go a more nutritious route with a simple vegetable.

Serve it with:

Carne Asada

This classic beef dish can be grilled, broiled or pan-fried. Grab your favorite tortillas for taco night, or heap on top of salad mix and drizzle with salsa for a lighter meal.

Crab & Shrimp Cakes

Prepared with a simply delicious mixture of crab, shrimp, panko crumbs and light seasoning, these cakes can be quickly pan-fried or baked. It’s a fast way to turn any salad into a dressed-up meal.
